I was so nervous about finding the right dress in such a short amount of time, and when I came into the store, I really didn’t know what to expect. Our consultant was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire experience. I tried on several different styles, and she helped me figure out what worked best for me and my body type. I am waiting for all these people who are leaving these great reviews, to see how they feel once the dress comes in. Did you get an itemized receipt when you put your deposit down? We did not. We experienced a price/ dress swap unbeknownst to us. Tried to reason with the store, nope. They got their money, thats all that matters now. We are now stuck with an over priced dress that they currently have for sale for half the price. Thats okay. Word of mouth travels fast. Thanks for making this experience absolutely horrible.
This was my first wedding dress appt and I couldn’t recommend it more! The shop was clean and private. Sarah was very kind helpful and professional. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She quickly understood my vision and guided me to the find “the one”! She helped keep it not overwhelming and allowed me to be confident in my decision. Highly recommend!
