Your hours are posted (closing at 5pm), yet you tell the customer you don't have time (at 2:30pm) for a mani/pedi, that is HORRIBLE business. Lying just to avoid business is crazy.
Very poor job. It was aggressive, very uncomfortable. Nails cut to the bed (and a little beyond in some spots), and multiple hangnails were missed. Save your money. Doing it yourself is better than what they do here
I was very displeased with my experience. I felt rushed, and I did not even have the opportunity to soak my feet for my pedicure. When I first entered the salon, the manager, if you will, greeted me nicely. I asked if there was any availability for a gel pedicure. She said yes, but the woman servicing another client immediately wagged her finger at me, motioning “no.” The manager then proceeded to take me to the back and fill the pedicure basin with water.
