Horrific. Girl bruised my one toe, cut the other (opened skin ) and never apologized. I had to get up mid pedicure and walk away. Owner patrolled the place but did not make eye contact with a customers her eyes were on the workers I kept trying I just had to storm up and get off the chair. I offered the owner some cash I was gonna go home and finish my pedicure. She didn’t take it. That’s cool of her but I’ll never go back again.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. When I was picking the color of nail I wanted, I was having a hard time finding it, so I asked if they had the color I was looking for and the woman immediately said no and didn’t bother helping me find a similar color. Then I took a few more minutes and I guess I was taking “too long” because the woman made me sit down. Then she asked if my nails were real or acrylic, which I responded, acrylic. Me and my best friend decided to go to this salon for some pampering after having brunch and another self care/maintenance appointment in the area.
