This is the worse store that I have ever been to. Juan the manager whom you cannot understand, makes rules as he sees fit.

Long time customer, place is friendly, but needs to do a little better. Told me I could return or exchange hair for boho hair that was not good and was ripping apart from my braids, but when I came all the way over there, same person just changed his answer and said there was nothing I could do. Why didn't you say this over phone, then? Don't waste people's time.
PLEASE GET THIS RACIST STAFF OUT OF THIS STORE. THE STORE HAS GREAT POTENTIAL BUT THE GUY IS SO RUDE FOR NOTHING. THE GIRLS DONT SPEAK OR HELP!
