We recently had a visit from technician Marie-Pierre and she was so professional, friendly and did amazing job! It's our second time using this company for annual maintenance of our AC. From booking the appointment to the end everything was so smooth. Even the agent on the phone is so kindly and took her time to explain the whole procedure. Attention/Prudence. For me, “Buyer Beware”. Red flags everywhere. This includes ECOCLIM will poorly install your costly brand new thermopump and will not take responsibility for it (i.e. Ecoclim flare connection issues on installation, etc). Incredibly only 1 year and 9 months after installation, freeon leak issues. Worse off, incredibly took them 36 days to repair. Within 2 years, my neighbor incredibly also had a freeon leak with the same GREE FLEXX THERMOPUMP machine. So something is up. Machine downtime has exceeded over... read more
Depuis cette installation notre vie a changé, superbe confort dans la maison même si nous décidions de faire un gâteau au fourneau à 30 degrés à l'extérieur et de nuit un sommeil agréable et total durant l'été, très heureux de mon acquisition je dirais même la meilleure investissement 2025 pour ma famille, merci 😁
