C&C catered two events I ran during the June FIFA season in Vancouver, and I cannot praise them highly enough. It was a short-notice catering request, and Alexia, who I liaised with throughout, was incredibly responsive, clear and concise in her communication, which allowed plans, proposals and refinements to happen in a very tight window. I hired Cocktails & Canapés in Vancouver for a VVIP event, and they exceeded all expectations. The food was modern, creative, and absolutely delicious. The canapés were beautifully presented, with perfectly sized bite-sized creations that were as appealing to the eye as they were to the palate. Cocktails & Canapés catered our Baby Shower in the back yard on a sunny Saturday afternoon — 32 guests including Mom, Dad, friends and family. We had specific dietary restrictions (Celiac GF, Vegetarian, Vegan and no fish!). They handled everything flawlessly.
