Would rate 0 stars if I could. Had a horrible experience trying to exchange an item purchased over the holidays. They have a blackout period for returns and exchanges during the entire month of December; when I attempted my return after the blackout period, I was told I was past my 14 day window. After pointing out this catch-22, I was then told my item wouldn’t have been eligible for exchange anyway, since it was a sale item. This item was purchased during a store-wide holiday sale.
