This experience was frustrating and time consuming. After being given 3 different dates for my car repairs to be completed, I finally picked my car up after a month of being in this shop. The door was replaced and painted. When I arrived for pick up the fresh paint was chipped and had to be fixed, which resulted in me leaving and coming back. I "picked" this body shop,based on the reviews... Big Mistake! My vehicle is a 2018 Nissan Altima SV. I had a minor impact on the Passengers side,where someone had lost a load of brush (branches of various sizes) on Highway 60, which I take from Winchester to Lexington every work day,starting out before 5am (usually dark,with light traffic) On this occasion, I had a tractor trailer "pushing" me, I couldn't slam on the brakes to avoid it,Nor swerve because of the vehicles on the opposite lane. You Do Not Get What You Paid For... After over $3K paid, that lack luster services performed left disappointment and frustration. I filled a compliant with my personal car insurance and the Offices in Frankfort, expressing the disappointment I received from this companies performance, and less than exceptional results. I can't thank the team from Cockrell's enough! We live in NH and my 19 year old daughter spent a few weeks in Lexington riding this summer. Unfortunately, she was in an accident and a friend from LEX recommended Cockrell's. Their professionalism and service was outstanding, not to mention their work. If you ever need your car repaired, go to Cockrell’s—don’t go anywhere else! They are the BEST to work with, with quick turnaround time and they will return your car as good as new! I can’t praise them enough.
