Doctor Shin is a very good dentist. I would recommend her. I have had to switch dentists frequently because of insurance. Doctor Shin did not use what I would call a grinding instrument to level my bite. All previous dentists had used this instrument in the past; though, I cannot name it. What surprised me is that Doctor Shin wasn’t aware of the instrument. This said, my bite is now level so maybe she’s just a wizard with the drill? This is a minor detail. Love Dr. Shin!
It’s nice to be able to get in and get right out at Cockeysville Dental. Not only is the location convenient, but everyone there is always professional and friendly. Including being helpful when you have questions about insurance coverage or other factors. Dr. Shin is extremely detailed and I appreciate that. It is a nice family environment and that makes a difference.
Two stars because I need fillings for my front teeth, yet, I have been scheduled an entire month out for this treatment. My children had fillings done very quickly, but but I feel I am being made to wait for the issue to get bigger. I’ve been waiting for follow up care on this since my last x-rays.
The service and attention I received from Cockeysville Dental is always great. The staff are highly professional and they treat you with the utmost care and resect. I would highly recommend them, they are the best.
