Had a great experience here! We recently switched to this office and the nurses and staff were great! My sons are autistic so it’s usually a stressful time at any appointments but the staff made our kids feel welcome and were very quick and efficient with their check up/shots! Super informative and explained everything great.
They listen to the parents concerns. They include the older children when asking about symptoms.
The unbearable heat in the rooms all summer (sweating buckets even in shorts) could have been overlooked if not for how expensive the visits are. But our visit yesterday and the subsequent conversation with the nursing manager today have me looking for a new pediatrician. They usually don't do in office blood draws on my 21 month old, we go to Quest, never had a problem. I have been told by Kathryn Ryan herself that "We aren't confident in sticking such a young baby in office so we'll send you to Quest". We've had one in off... read more
Wait times are insane and office is so hot my 4 year old is inconsolable over the hot temps in rooms. About made this pregnant lady fall out from heat.!
The wait was a little longer than expected but they were very great with my child. She has major fears about the Dr and getting shots.
