I spoke with Joe 2 times, our first at 1pm to discuss the health, temperament and purchase process of 3 pups with the idea of purchasing 2 of them. Joe concerned me because he avoided answering questions, for example about eye health/PRA. However my children loved the puppies and I told Joe I would get back to him the same day once I spoke to my husband about the flight costs he gave me.
