Cockatoo Family Medical Practice are our new family doctor. They have been fantastic with my children. They are considtantly through and accommodating. Their diverse opening hours allow us to make appointments around our busy schedule. Fantastic family clinic.
I visited this clinic recently and overall had a good experience with the staff from the front desk. However, during my appointment, the GP diagnosed me with conjunctivitis, and later it turned out I needed an ophthalmologist’s care for something a bit more complex. It would be great if the clinic could consider suggesting a specialist referral or a more thorough check in such cases. Just a little feedback to help improve the patient experience. Thanks to the feont office team though for their care and attention!
We’ve been patients of Dr Yapa’s for many years now and from early childhood through to teenagers. Dr Yapa has treated them throughly. We are very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and kind doctor in our community.
