Loved our first visit to Cocina Chiwas and can’t wait to return! The ceviche was flavorful, the cocktails were on point, and the birra was excellent. We interacted with multiple servers and each person was very attentive and helpful— Maria was the best!
Cocina Chiwas deserves all the praise it gets. From the quality of the ingredients to the way the flavors are built in each dish, everything felt thoughtful and incredibly well executed. Loved it all! Started with a tuna dish nor on the menu... plus the elote. For main dish we had the Long Bone Shortrib that was absolutely falling off the Bone and packed with flavor. We also had the chicarron dish... just enough cracking and so tender. There was a new selection available for dessert. A corn cake... very moist, light and flavorful.
We had a wonderful experience at Cocina Chiwas! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Josh, our server, along with the rest of the team, went above and beyond to accommodate our large party and made sure everyone was taken care of throughout the meal. The food was absolutely delicious—authentic, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. The ambiance was relaxed and inviting, creating a great vibe that made our gathering even more enjoyable.
