Dont do business with this man Cochren he subcontracted my company in ********* ******* to clean 4 commercial properties he own me more 4 thousands dollars hes not answering my calls I have to pass the contract to my lawyer to make sure he gets court papers to pay me he said payment begging process then he never answered again hes a thief be aware of it if you do business with his company
There is a same issue just reported with a 1* rating. It was kind of Dejavu reading that complaint about this company. This company has also ripped me apart. The CEO of this company has signed a deal for concrete patio and deck for me on Mid Nov 2023 and took all my money for the jobs. Almost getting close to year anniversary and this contractor has not done my work and had to fire them from the work as they could not start on agreement timesseverals??? Bad person with no ethics, there is god and Karma. contracts are nothing to him, he wrote a lease saying its for corporate rentals and he will pay the deposit and rent at lease begin date, he texted a day before lease start date and said he is not ready and after two weeks he will pay the deposit and rent and get keys, he didnt show up again. No value to lease, no morals to say at least a sorry. I wish I listened to other reviews on him. I will reach small claims court.
