Have been going here for 10 years and have always appreciated how honest they have been about what treatments are truly necessary and have never tried to pressure me or sell me on anything that’s wasn’t really needed. They always take extra time to explain everything and really show that they care. Would highly recommend.
Excellent service, so compassionate. They have been wonderful with our dogs
We moved here in 2018 and were constantly searching for a reliable and affordable vet for our cats and dogs. Been to all clinics in Cochrane, old and new, and Dr. Dale is the most affordable vet and very caring. He never asked us to do any unnecessary exams, even stopped me from doing bloodwork that I intended for my cat. This is the only vet clinic that I don’t feel being upsold to or pressure-sold on any products or services. Staff is also caring and professional. Not a fancy clinic but affordable and reliable. My partner and I are moving, however, and we cannot take this amazing clinic and its people with us. I wanted therefore to leave this review as I feel very grateful to the staff here and hope that others can benefit from their high level of care. This is a small clinic that truly cares about you and your pet's wellbeing - they will know your pet by name. The staff is kind, professional, and knowledgabl... read more
