We moved here in 2018 and were constantly searching for a reliable and affordable vet for our cats and dogs. Been to all clinics in Cochrane, old and new, and Dr. Dale is the most affordable vet and very caring. He never asked us to do any unnecessary exams, even stopped me from doing bloodwork that I intended for my cat. Dr. Dale was recommended to me by two friends in Canmore. I’ve since recommended him to more. I’d argue he’s the most affordable vet from Calgary to Banff. The office is nothing fancy but the care is fantastic. He called me personally when my dog’s surgery was over. The price was at least half of any other quote, especially compared to Canmore vets. Money isn’t everything and I wouldn’t take my dog somewhere just because he’s cheap. I genuinely thought the care was excellent.
A very easy recommendation for anyone looking for a family vet clinic. I have been coming to this clinic for multiple years. My partner and I are moving, however, and we cannot take this amazing clinic and its people with us. Real compassionate people work here. Dale and his team are knowledgeable and also give practical advice and recommendations for treatment plans. Well priced. And a bonus is they hand out treats so liberally my dog wants to talk to the clinic every day.
Staff is friendly! The vet is knowledgeable and provided straight answers to all my questions. Highly recommend.
