I Called ahead today Jan 2,2026 afternoon, and 'reserved' their last in stock Rav4' headlight bulb for my 2013 Rav4 (had 'gone out on New Years Eve!) (Takes 2 days to order from Vancouver if they're out of stock) Thank goodness I only need the 1 right now. Cameron in the service department was helpful, & graciously held it for me until I could get there about 4 pm today (they close 5:30) Service department stepped right up when I asked if any availability to quickly install it for me! Thank you to Mark McQueen for going above and beyond to fix the new roll n lock that you guys installed. After two failed attempts to fix the issue, Mark came to my house, trouble shot the issue and corrected it. It looks like this issue will be solved now. Thank You Mark much appreciated.
Good service, friendly staff and comfortable waiting area with very good coffee. As good as it gets if you have to get an oil change anyway!
