Thank you to Mark McQueen for going above and beyond to fix the new roll n lock that you guys installed. After two failed attempts to fix the issue, Mark came to my house, trouble shot the issue and corrected it. It looks like this issue will be solved now. Thank You Mark much appreciated.

I need a new 4 runner. I talked to the manager David. He said we will get in few week but you need to give a non refundable deposit of 1000$ now. If u planed not to buy we won't return your money It's ridiculous. First time ever I heard from a dealership. Around 10-12 yrs back this dealership was owned by Mr Allan. A thorough gentleman. I think he is not there anymore otherwise things could be different.
Had some service work done at Cochrane Toyota today. The appointment scheduling was great, drop off was great, and the pick up was above and beyond. Due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict, I wasn’t going to be able to make it in time to pick up my truck during their regular business hours. I want to give a huge thank you to Stacy who actually took time out of her evening to meet me back at the dealership with my keys after hours. World class service!
