Had some service work done at Cochrane Toyota today. The appointment scheduling was great, drop off was great, and the pick up was above and beyond. Due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict, I wasn’t going to be able to make it in time to pick up my truck during their regular business hours. I want to give a huge thank you to Stacy who actually took time out of her evening to meet me back at the dealership with my keys after hours. World class service!

There's Stealerships and then there's Dealerships. This being the latter. I love these guys and I like to believe it's mutual. Ever since my first visit when they slapped alien technology on my wheels and did a complimentary alignment check as soon as I rolled in, I knew they meant business. I don't buy new vehicles, I do most of the Tacoma work myself and I definitely don't part with my money easily. But when I need help, here's where I go. They are the most honest mechanics you'll encounter and they haven't tried to upsell... read more

Came in for some warranty work. Been over a month since I first called, no results or updates. I guess there is no money in doing warranty work?!
