Beware if they promise you a unit. I was in contact with Sandra who told me there was a vacancy for Dec 1st, and told me she would put my name on it. When I called to give her my cc or whatever else she would need so I could start renting the storage unit, she said she had nothing available. Sandra is awesome helped us out when we needed it great rates and would highly recommend to anyone.
Sandra was a pleasure to work with. The unit (10x10) had great access which made loading and unloading a breeze. It's accessible 24/7 and the rate we paid was excellent. If I even need another storage unit, Cochrane Self Storage will be my "go-to" choice.
