Unfortunately Sandra does not own Cochrane Self Storage any longer - it's been at least 2 years. The new owner ....well he is NOT very responsive! When you call you always get voicemail. If the message box is not full and you leave a message he doesn't call you back - have called 3 times never got a return call back. Last time I called the mail box is full can't leave a message. We have been trying to contact the owner regarding payment for our storage unit and have been unable to reach anyone. Multiple calls have gone unanswered, and we have not received a response to our attempts to make contact. We are actively trying to pay and resolve the issue, but communication has been extremely difficult. Beware if they promise you a unit. I was in contact with Sandra who told me there was a vacancy for Dec 1st, and told me she would put my name on it. When I called to give her my cc or whatever else she would need so I could start renting the storage unit, she said she had nothing available. Sandra even tried denying it was her, saying it must have been one of the other storage companies I was talking to.
