I have to say, Dr. Patel is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He is so thorough every time he sits with me, you never feel rushed, and he always takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense. You really feel like you’re in good hands. He also genuinely cares that you leave happy. If something isn’t quite right, he will literally go the extra mile to make sure you walk out with a smile you feel good about. We visited this clinic for our 5-year-old son, and I have to say Dr. Patel was absolutely wonderful. Although the treatment couldn’t be completed because our son wasn’t cooperating, Dr. Patel took the time to explain all of our other options clearly and patiently. What impressed us the most is that he did not even charge us for our second visit, which is very rare for a dentist. I was experiencing sweet pain in one of my tooth for a long time so I decided to get that checked when one of my fillings came out. During the entire procedure, Dr. Dhillon was gentle and extremely careful. I am nervous around needles; however, she was able to use the needle with such mastery that I didn’t even feel it. After all the procedure was done, I was impressed by the professionalism and how nicely my emergency situation was handled. I highly recommend to check out this clinic out for your dental needs.
Amazing experience. I picked Cochrane rise because it is located in my community with great accommodating hours. They were quick to get me in right away. Gundeep and Dr Akash made my experience painless and they explained everything so I could understand my treatment. Not very often that you get to say you had a five star experience getting a root canal- lol.
Amazing experience from entering to leaving! The hygienist Gandeep is very gentle and friendly, Dr. Patel explained all of his findings and future care plan in detail so there should no surprises in the future and the admin is very friendly and helps with any questions also!
