Cant even get them on the phone. Childish receptionist picked up the phone and hung up 3 times while calling from my work phone to get legal advice. Called from my cellphone and same lady answered more than happy to talk. Evidently if you call while at work (since most people work in this area) they wont take your call. Dont waste your time, find a different firm to go with, likelihood is, they wont answer the phone to you in the first place. Suggest they get a new receptionist before she puts them out of business.
