Completely destroyed my 4 year old boiler that Shane installed. Leaked for months, kept reaching out. Had to replace everything pipes wiring valves with one that works. Cost 20k to fix the mess . And this is after a new install 4 years ago for 11k. My loyalty cost me do not recommend .
Cochrane Hydronics Plumbing and Heating is absolutely fantastic! Shane came highly recommended by a friend, and they were so right—I am very pleased and grateful. My vintage boiler went out, and after sending pictures to Shane, he honestly pointed out a simple button reset over the phone that fixed it instantly. It is so rare to find that level of integrity and honesty in trades today. He absolutely earned a customer for life. Thank you so much Shane, your expertise and kindness are deeply valued and very much appreciated. T... read more
Great service and very reasonably priced. Two visits, sourcing of a replacement part, servicing three furnaces and fixing two humidifiers was much less I had expected to pay. Shane has looked after our heating systems for years and we continue to be delighted with his work.
