The way they treat their existing customers is repulsive. Damage a clients $130,000 truck during a warranty repair, and now they refuse to take ownership of the issues they have caused. Now there is a pretty white GMC truck known as a Lemon with Cochrane GMC all over it. Cochrane GM was great to deal with. Super professional, responsive and tended to every little detail for our daughter's first truck. We will be back.
We traded in our 4Runner and bought a new GMC Acadia. We were introduced to Teala in Sales and she was phenomenal! She was super helpful along every step and will definitely be doing a brand change thanks to her customer service! Also, Mike in finance was amazing as well and made everything easy.
