My experience here was wonderful! Definitely coming back again! Jet, the service manager was very kind and accommodating to my needs! Made me feel like me and my vehicle come first! He is someone who will listen and take action! You can tell the staff here take their job seriously. Thanks for the great service! I'll be coming back here again for sure!

First of all, it took 10 days to wait for an appointment, then it took 3 days to apparently fix a wire. Once they "found " the problem, they quoted me $442 to get it fixed, then when I went to pay for it the bill was $762. I drive away and with in 5 minutes, the very same thing happens again, so they didn't fix the problem. I think I might go back to my old dealership. Not to mention the cost of my mission work. Look, I haven’t even bought anything from here yet, but I was just at Stampede and I came across a gentlemen named Doug (GMC rep at the GMC display). Doug is/was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, humorous and inviting, something very rare these days. No pressured sales tactics or unnecessary jargon, he was ready to answer my questions on the Hummer and pickups that were there and he knew them inside and out. I had some very specific features I wanted in a new truck and was told by another dealer that I was looking for a unicorn. However, a client recommended Lyndon from Cochrane GM. Not only did Lyndon find every feature, he did it in a brand new Midnight Edition Silverado. It’s a beautiful truck.
