We brought our vehicle in to fix a dead short they couldn’t figure out what it was so they replaced the alternator and the vehicle is still having the same issues. They are claiming that the issues are not related , even though it is doing the exact same thing it was doing before we brought it in and wasted $1400 on an alternator we probably did not even need and we still have the same problem. I got a flat tire (unfixable), every other place I called told me they could get my tire on Monday afternoon (I called them all Friday morning). I spoke to Gregg and he was able to find me a tire for today (Friday) and I was able to also get it mounted, balanced & put on my car by 4:30 pm. Thank you Gregg!

Take your money elsewhere. Not to be trusted. Condescending service. Zero value. They’ll tell you you declined work and when you show them their invoice for the work they did, they’ll double down and turn it into something else so they don’t have to take any accountability for the issues your vehicle is having. Despite it only being worked on at their establishment. I’ve had to pay to get work done twice because they said it must be faulty parts. I've had two great experiences at Cochrane garage. I have brought my car in for two oil changes and the staff we're very friendly and helpful. I also appreciate the detailed inspection report they send you after your service is finished. It was hard to find a garage I could trust when I first moved to town and have found the staff trustworthy and respectful both times.

With over 35 years of vehicle ownership this has to be the worst service I have ever received! After for trips and over $600 spent they still have not been able to fix or diagnose my ac problem. The service writer was rude and the manager was no better. I will never return to this shop and advise everyone else to stay away. By the way the owner is not local either he lives in BC.
