Firstly, we walked into the store and a lady approached us which was nice but then didn’t give us a chance to walk the rest of the store and look at more options and seemed like she had a better place to be. We asked for a quote and measurements. Over a week ago now we had someone come to the house to take measurements of the room for a quote for vinyl. Still no quote, no phone call or anything. Horrible customer service
Not great. Very expensive compared to the quality of the work. Throughout the installation they kept having to call the office to get advice on how to do the job. Installers messed up my walls when removing the baseboards. The re-installation of the baseboards was horrible. Had to call them to have someone come back and reinstall so they sent the young guy who originally delivered the flooring to do the repairs. All I can say is he should stick to the delivery job. Had to wait for a third person to come and fix what he had c... read more
took my time to get flooring quotes for my condo in Cochrane and found most local options to be very expensive. However, Cochrane Floors made a significant difference in price, quality, and customer service. I received excellent advice from Peter Gunn, and my flooring was completed successfully.
