Staff were so friendly, lm so trilled joining Doctor Mona’s Team
Booked me in for a 9a appointment meet & greet, I was waiting over 20 mins just to get booked in and they kept the blinds closed on reception desk only to find out that they don't actually take in appointments until 930a.... then why book me in @ 9a? then finally got in, saw a nurse for 2 mins, said dr mona would be in soon, waiting another 20mins and fed up left.
