Booked an Oil change and Tire Rotation, I went home and noticed my tires were not rotated. Someone reached out and asked if he can rotate tires and when, I replied with the days I am available and then the guy just did not respond. Very frustrating!
I had been a regular service customer for quite awhile but about two years ago it seemed the quick lube was prioritizing larger repairs and wait times were getting ridiculous. With that said I decided to give them another try. This morning my service tech Layton was great. Service was top knotch, he was quick and thorough and made sure everything was taken care of. I negotiated online and via text with Rick about a used vehicle. He sent me as much info as he (realistically) could about it.
