Their Sales Manager is very rude, and he doesn't know how to talk to the customers. However, Chelsea (our sales rep) was ver nice, and accommodating. Our deal broke by just a difference of $500, and honestly, we would have increased our offer if the sales manager was not rude.
Special thanks to Cody and Joanne for their expertise and help when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle last month! It was such a pleasure working with both of them. Also a big thank you to Mike in the shop for his work on our pre-owned Durango - we couldn't be happier with it!
