A disappointing experience car shopping at Cochrane Dodge. We recently found a used vehicle online at C.D. and took it out for 2 tests drives. The first time we noticed snow had not been removed from the top of the car. The second time we showed up for the pre-booked appointment to find the car was dirty and dusty. We liked the vehicle and purchased it. Two days later we noticed twenty or so emerging rust spots along the front of the roof of the car, just above the windshield. After responding to an ad on Facebook marketplace my wife and I were contacted by Richard Loucks and set up an appointment to view and test drive a lightly used jeep compass trail hawk. We bought a nice previously owned SUV at Cochrane Dodge and could not have been happier with the customer service we received. Chelsey handled the sales end of things. Her professionalism, kindness and knowledge were impressive. Tanner was generous, respectful and welcoming. The whole experience was stress-free and we’re pleased with our new car.
