Great team of staff! Even though the wait was a little long, the staff were all so nice!
Sustained a concussion recently and headed to Cochrane for assessment. It was a Wednesday afternoon. The wait time wasn’t too bad… only a couple of hours. The staff were friendly and professional and all around wonderful. After triage, the staff offered me a dark room away from others due to my symptoms. Once I saw the doctor, they were amazing. I will definitely come back again if required. Thanks so much for all your help!
If you want short wait time then go there otherwise try to avoid this place. I had one nurse trying to find vein at a wrong place even after mentioning that I am diabetic. Poked me twice at a wrong spot and that bruise turned out very ugly. Not sure why even poked me there to begin with, this is the picture after one week
I was there for lab test and x-rays, amazing and caring staff, great atmosphere, a model place for our community in Cochrane!
I've been here a couple times and they're so efficient and quick! They're open from 8am-10pm.
