I needed a brake job so badly. I contacted several shops getting the same answer we can help you next week. On a Monday and nobody could help me. I called Rod he inspected my car, he drove me back to my house while he was working on my car. He fixed my car same day!! Kudos to you Rod and your amazing service. The cost to repair my car was amazing. I, certainly, will recommend your shop to all my friends.
First time here but not last. Our car developed a grinding noise, a day before my wife and daughter was to leave on their Trip to Niagara. Immediate thought was a Brake issue, all our previous Mechanics that we have used in the past could not help us as too busy to even look at it. Cleanest shop I’ve ever seen Truly cares about the safety on the road, no cutting corners with safety and I appreciate that! We all have families and we wanna go home to them end of the day.
After being with one Mechanic for 23 years I had to change when I moved to Newcastle. I found these guys via a social media post. Great experience. The shop is a little hidden, behind a residence and no signage. The owner was there promptly at 8am to greet me. I was immediately impressed by how clean and organized the garage was, that alone made me feel good about my choice.
