Cleanest shop I’ve ever seen Truly cares about the safety on the road, no cutting corners with safety and I appreciate that! We all have families and we wanna go home to them end of the day.
After being with one Mechanic for 23 years I had to change when I moved to Newcastle. I found these guys via a social media post. Great experience. The shop is a little hidden, behind a residence and no signage. The owner was there promptly at 8am to greet me. I was immediately impressed by how clean and organized the garage was, that alone made me feel good about my choice. That man knows how to make H.P.
Kind of shocked. I've been here before and it was great service the first time. This time around they quoted me something just to switch over tires. When I called to inquire why it was more and that I didn't get a notice why it was more his reply was "don't worry about it have a great day" and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Will be going elsewhere from now on. Also advised someone who WAS going to go here, and now they will be looking elsewhere also.
