GM Parts Department service was excellent! I was knees deep in a DIY repair on my 2014 Impala at home and needed a scarce to find OEM part. John in the parts department searched the Pittsburgh area, found my part in the South Hills and had it shipped for next day pickup at Cochran near my home. Efficiency with a smile!
Tyler O is absolutely amazing, his customer service is top notch. He provided a clear explanation of the service as well as advising the smartest option to resolve the issue. The video of the inspection is another great service provided by Cochran. It allows the customer to have a better understanding of the issues and what service is required. Thank you!
Great first experience. I recently moved and this GMC dealership is significantly closer to my new home so i figured i would start getting my service done with cochran.
