This man John A.Cochran is a Fraudulent he does not have license to practice. His license has been suspended since 2013 in both States Washington and Oregon this man has taking cases and he isn’t licensed to do so. His conversation is all over the place. He do not return phone calls nor texts messages. We believe he is stringing clients along enough to run out the mitigation time he is collecting payout and keeping the money.
