I had a great experience with Rick Jaffre. In the past Year, I had a horrible purchase experience, not from the sales person, but from the finance person After being lied to by the manager. I hesitated to bring my car back to #1 Cochran. I Thought maybe the service dept could be different and because I knew Rick I gave it another try. My car broke down due to an old battery. I got it jumped and drove directly to Cochran Infiniti. They took me right in replaced the old battery. They also completed my 2025/2026 inspection. They highlighted some repairs needed and had my car turned around in less than 24 hours. The service was excellent.
Everyone was so kind and considerate of my time! I met the new sales manger Stan who was awesome! Jerry also keeps me informed from the moment my vehicle leaves and when it will be coming back! My QX50 sport is my baby and i treat it as such! The respect that everyone has for me and my vehicle, is unbeatable
