The staff always keeps you informed about the status of your vehicle. They are always very professional and pleasant! The service manager always gives an update about the services provided and plan for the future maintenance required. The waiting area is always very clean and beverages are provided! I highly recommend Cochran for their great customer service!
Every time I have dealt with Jerry when servicing my vehicle he is very clear and concise in answering my questions and remembering the little things like not needing a car wash. I like detailing it myself. I don't need to remind him of that...
