I went in because I needed a factory reset, not being from the area, I was lost on the turnpike and ended up being 40 minutes late, they were still willing to see me and service my car! Everyone was so kind to me, they even washed my car for me before handing back my key! I definitely recommend this dealership!
fast response; however, after confirming the car I wanted and having a solid conversation with Jeanecia and arranging the purchase, the communication completely stoped. No responses. The following day I received a message that the car was sold. Not cool. Not good business. The car should have been in a pending state. Jeanecia was great, no issues there, but the business model leaves some opportunities so that customers are valued more.
