I scheduled a routine oil change & Jerry and the team ensured my family and I were safe on the road by informing me & fixing my car. If it hadn’t been for their knowledge & overall care, my engine would’ve failed unbeknownst to me. They went to war for me to ensure I got the best deal & addressed all my issues. I love the relationship we have! Dealerships get a bad rep, but mine saved my family’s life. I’m looking forward to many more years as I value their care tremendously.
Wouldn’t recommend , went in for a free oil change just for them to tell me there is 7000 worth of stuff wrong with my car 4 months after buying it. They told me i would be hearing back from them within 72 hours but it has been 2 weeks now since then and haven’t reached out 1 time to me.
I had to have what turned out to be serious repair work done which made it possible to go to a conference/intensive this weekend. Had I not been informed about this; or had I went out of town again before knowing about this or thinking it was just the brakes things could have been worse. Thank Gage for explaining all the details. I plan on completing the rest of the repairs as soon as I can.
I just purchased my car here with the help of Julian. He was great to work with and made my buying experience as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend buying a care here. It was overall a wonderful experience!
