Terrible service. No call backs and 2 months later vehicle still not fixed. Would not recommend .
I was in for service on 5/4 and ordered parts for our 2023 QX80. I have called 3 times with no update as to when the parts will be in. It is very difficult to speak with a manager or Gage, the direct service agent whom I have been working with. It's now been over 20 days without an update. Plus we are owed a discount that was not applied at our last service. Very frustrated!
My first dealing with service has been terrible. Parts were ordered on April 23 2026. I have called 4 times requesting an update and have not received a reply at all. It is now May 22nd.
