We had some concerning issues with our dealings with #1 Cochran. The 2 concerning were that it was not documented in the car sale detail/webpage that there were multiple minor scratches and 1 pretty deep scratch. The other concerning issue is there was only 1 key available. Travis, the salesman, was kind enough to speak to us on a conference call as my daughter, husband and myself were all at work in different locations. On August 13, 2025, I had my 20,000 mile checkup performed at this service center. I traveled from the North Hills. They supposedly performed a multipoint inspection. On September 15, 2025, I heard grinding noise when I applied my brakes. I was scared of driving the car all the way to Monroeville, so I took my Infiniti to the local Nissan service center.
