Mt experience with the service department has been great ever since I purchased my vehicle 3 years ago. Jerry the Service Manager is second to none, he's extremely professional and knowledgeable. I'll continue without hesitation servicing my QX70 with Cochran.
Terrible service. Returned my vehicle on a Tuesday night with a cracked windshield. Called many times on Wednesday to report but most times call center sent me to voicemail box’s that were full and could leave messages. Did leave two messages with service manger with no return call. Thursday morning called and was sent to full voicemail again .
