Extremely disappointed on price of a simple rear brake pad replacement on my Ford F150. $500,00 for brake pads,and a $450,00 labor charge. I will not be back there to service or purchase another vehicle. BYE BYE BYE!
Will never buy a vehicle from this dealership again OR take my vehicle back for service here. Purchased a certified used vehicle with 20k miles on it 12/26/23. Before it was sold to us, it had work done to pass inspection. New brakes front and back, and resurfaced rotors instead of new ones front and back. 25 days later, there's terrible grinding, breaks seized up, wheels locked up, and the vehicle is not driveable.
