Excellent customer service in the vehicle service department. I love that they can pickup my vehicle & drop it back off at my home with no additional charge! Cochran Ford worked with me to get my dodge hornet which I appreciated! At my first oil change (Cochran Subaru) there was an issue with the tires and when I talked to Cochran Ford, they were supportive and helpful again. Finding an honest dealership and mechanic is important and I feel that I have been provided a good experience and fair service.
