Our family has always bought FORD. However we have never had a good experience with Butler County/Cochran Ford. We always end up going elsewhere. Cochran Ford Butler County was a pleasure to deal with. My salesman, Mike was responsive, transparent, and accommodating. They provide a relaxing atmosphere without the salesman / customer vs manager behind the curtain haggling process that I find at many dealerships. I found the buying process to be easy compared to other places I have been.
Very satisfied with the service department. Friendly and kept me informed of what they were doing.
