We could not be more thrilled with the customer service, timeliness, and quality of service we received. After speaking with Jenny on the phone we received same-day snow removal on our 3/4-mile, very steep, very icy private road. They listened well, honored our budget (with room to spare), and left the road pristine. Will 100% use this company again.
