I had the misfortune of hiring Cochran a few years back. He commandeered a renovation of our house and based on my experience with him I can say with the utmost certainty that the man is not knowledgeable or competent enough to be taking on this specific endeavor. Years after, my husband and I are still fixing/repairing the work that was done.
