The staff at Cochran Builders & Apartments was great to work with and rent from. They really made us feel like they didn't stop caring once they got us under contract.
Overall it's been a pretty good experience. I've had bad experiences renting before and this definitely isn't one of them.
I've been really happy with the care that they take with the facilities. They keep everything nice and looking fine.
One of my favorite things about renting at Cochran is simply that the offices are really nice. Before this I had a bad experience with rude landlord. Here, they always get back to me when I have an inquiry and I could always tell that they care.
I'm always pleased to see how quickly they respond whenever I put in a request. I also like the online system that they have for residents- it makes things nice and easy for me.
Great management and great apartments! I'm happy with them as my landlord and I like my place.
