I had a great experience and the people were very helpful and nice. All my questions were answered and the process was all explained very well.
I had a great visit at the Cochlear Hearing Center today, thanks to Dr. Jerome Evans. My wife, Barbara, and I met with him to discuss upgrading my N7 cochlear implants to the new Kanso 3s. Dr. Evans was an absolute pleasure to work with—super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He took the time to look over my current setup and even let me try out the magnets for the Kanso 3s to make sure they’d stay secure on my head, just like my N7s. First time at this office. Excellent service!! Dr. J. Davis is great at what he does. Good people person,great people skills. Front office Alma Sandoval was great also.
Dr Evans was great!! I can't wait to get my Osia!! I'll finally be able to hear on my right and tell direction of sound.
