My whole experience with the Cochlear Hearing Center was excellent from start to finish. Making an appointment and completing initial paperwork was very easy. Dr. Flores was exceptional in the way she explained and conducted the evaluation process. She made understanding the results easy and left me feeling comfortable and confident in the next steps needed to complete my diagnosis.
