There was an issue with my partners cochlear and we didn’t have the spare parts. I spoke to Karina on the phone, she was incredible! My partner isn’t able to communicate without her cochlear and Karina was extremely helpful organising spare parts and providing us with so much useful information. She went above and beyond providing a cost list of items to place on the NDIS application.
