Dr. Teruel was horrible, uncaring, in a hurry, just like other reviews stated. I did return to him with a sinus infection and a MRI. He said I needed MAJOR sinus, nasal surgery. Went to an ENT Clinic in Tucson and the ENT Dr. prescribed medications etc. and the problem went away. I wouldn’t ever trust Dr. Teruel who —no longer —practices here????? P.S. After stating that I needed major nasal surgery and to schedule it within 2 weeks, around June 2022, he suddenly no longer practiced in Sierra Vista.

My husband and I were very happy with our visit to Dr. Teruel. They took us in within a day of making an appointment. The gentleman that did the phone was very nice to work with. Amy the receptions was wonderful. She had an older gentleman that couldn't hear and didn't have the insurance cards before us and she was so calm and good with him. Then we meet the Dr. and we were very blessed with him. He explained everything very well and was easy to understand. He cared about my husband and his problem.
On the day of our appointment there was a hiccup...the office had closed for emergency but we didn’t know this till we arrived for our appointment. Bummer, but we called and they were able to work us in! All of their staff had called in but the doctor. He was flexible and creative enough to get us in the building and did a full exam. Asked great questions, super personable, he was real, honest, and relatable. And apologetic! They were in a tough spot today but made our experience a positive one! Thank you
