Today (Oct 12, 2018) I had a test scheduled for 8:30 am. I received reminders calls for this appointment and a follow-up one. Said calls told me to arrive 45 min early if I needed to do paperwork and otherwise, 15 minutes early. I arrived at 8:07 after a night of fasting (I'm diabetic which means fasting can be a problem). I had an endo performed with a follow-up scheduled a week later. The day before the follow-up I was sent an email canceling the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and that I would be contacted to reschedule. No problem. Three weeks later I had still not been contacted so I called the office. I was given a new date and time. I showed up to find out my appointment was again cancelled with no email, text, or phone call.
