We just met an angel, and his name is Rudy. We're from out of town and had a brake light problem... Cochise Auto Service was recommended by Sami at Auto Zone (maybe she's an angel, too). Rudy listened to our truck's symptoms and dropped what he was working on to diagnose and repair in a matter of 15 minutes. What a kind man! Thank you and blessings to you.
I've only written two other business reviews, both negative. Now, I can't help but write this positive one. Last week I took my car into a local dealership service to fix the "check engine" light. They kept the car for 3 days then wanted to keep it over the weekend. I refused. The dealer wanted $290.47 for the fix. The following Monday I stopped by Cochise Auto. Traveling through area and needed water pump replaced. Diagnosed problem and fixed problem. Took somewhat longer than I had hoped due to parts not all arriving on time. Did efficient job and reasonable price. But after driving a day I checked under hood and found they forgot to put engine cover back on my truck. Very upset with this as I could have left town without this if I didn’t check! My advice is : always check a garages work to see it was done correctly (to best of your ability) there seems to be some careless places ... read more
