I wanted to enjoy my experience but I will not be coming back or recommending this salon. I saw Lauren on 03/10/25 and asked for 4 inches off with long face framing and I got 9 inches off with short curtain bangs. I know this because we measured my hair at the salon before she cut and got 27 inches and at home I measured 18, pictured below. She did refund my fee, which is very appreciated, but unfortunately my attempts to be respectful to resolve this were not reciprocated and I felt as the bad guy to bring them up. Savanna at Coccolami Salon did an amazing job correcting a color issue. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made thoughtful recommendations based on my hair type and face shape. The cut and color turned out even better than I expected. She’s professional, skilled, and easy to trust—I already have my next appointment scheduled. Highly recommend!
I had an appointment today 3/14/25 at 4:45pm for eyebrow shaping.I walked in on time and the lady said she would be with me as soon as she could. Didn’t ask if I had an appt or sorry I’m running behind. She did not offer somewhere for me to sit. I stood there for 10 minutes. It was like I wasn’t there or I wasn’t worth her time. This salon is beautiful and relaxing. You won't want to get up from the shampoo massage chair! Wonderful experience!
