Bottles of tonic arrived smashed because there wasn’t a sliver of packing. Worst part is that this was ordered before the holiday we were going on before embryo transfer. It was pretty stressful to hear they expected me to pay again and have to arrange to receive replacement at a post office in remote location. Her tonics and treatment unfortunately didn’t help us one bit. I don’t think she’s a fertility specialist.
