We love Cocca's. Its been a family go to for years however this location in Girard was terrible. Food was subpar at best. Staff seemed like we were bothering them
You had one job to do and that was give us 4 chicken strips that cost us $10. Instead you gave us 2 and a piece the size of my pinky finger. They were all small and tasted like garbage. This is the last time I buy anything from the Girard shop or any Cocca’s for that matter. I called and complained and the male put me on hold. Horrible tasting chicken strips. McNuggets would have been a better option.
I don't know what has happened at this location, used to be my go to on Thursdays, not anymore. This is the last time, I ordered a pepperoni roll, got home it looked good but tastes burnt, this isn't the only time this has happened. This past month everytime I ordered it tastes burnt, I don't know if you need to clean your pans or what!?! So sad, used to look forward to pepperoni roll Thursdays ☹️
