Terrible! I have been renting from them for over 3 yrs. I have my rent on auto-pay & have been a great tenant. They promised repairs before signing the lease & after I signed, Cocca swiftly came & took all of the supplies out of the garage & never came back. I have to beg for basic repairs.. Pipe burst flooded carpets ruined stuff & they wouldnt even steam clean, let alone replace the moldy disgusting carpet... I might as well be living in a tent for \$1500 a month...these ppl need to have their license taken away.. Their tr... read more
These ppls dont know what been a landlord is all about. They dont care about anything but the MONEY...They dont take care of their tenants...They give a poor reps for landlords in the area
