I cannot recommend this builder based on my experience. I hired Calico Builders Ltd. for a new-construction home and ultimately had to terminate the contract before completion due to ongoing workmanship and coordination issues. Throughout the project, I encountered multiple problems that required correction after the fact, including items that were installed incorrectly or not addressed as discussed.
