First of all, congratulations to the company for having such a friendly person to welcome the truck drivers who come here. This woman who works at the gate is a very friendly person. Very organized, I got in and out very quickly.

All I can say is management is very very poor 11o clock appointment it’s 6 pm this place once was great but if no one up front office is pushing this what happens wow

One of the worst receivers ever found in my 8 yrs trucking. Was here at 8;40 am for 10 o’clock appt. There were 3 trucks ahead of me, now it’s 5 pm and still two trucks ahead of me. The fact is the guard does favoritism with the skin color and language and sends driver of their favor

I checked in at 10:09 a.m. for my 11:00 a.m. appointment. Lady at guard shack told me there were no available docks and that I needed to wait outside. They mentioned they were unloading two trucks at a time, but in reality, they were only unloading one truck at a time. I was finally assigned a dock at 1:19 p.m., and they finished unloading me at 2:55 p.m. This completely ruined my Friday. I was unable to find another load because of the delay.
